URL category filtering and custom categories, Cloud Firewall policies (IPS, DNS security), application control and bandwidth management, SSL/TLS inspection for encrypted traffic, certificate pinning bypass.
Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) and Sandbox analysis, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) — inline and out-of-band inspection, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) inline controls, malware detection and file type controls.

Prerequisites
- → Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS)
- → Familiarity with firewall and security policy concepts
- → Basic understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS applications
- → Prior Palo Alto NGFW or SSE experience is helpful but not required

Understanding how they integrate — ZIA for internet traffic, ZPA for private app access, and ZDX for experience monitoring — gives you a complete operational picture that individual product courses miss.
This course prepares you for the ZCCA-IA (Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator — Internet Access) and ZCCA-PA (Private Access) certification exams. ZDX knowledge is also tested in advanced Zscaler administrator assessments.
Sessions are delivered with live instructor demonstrations on a real Zscaler tenant environment. Students get guided, hands-on configuration walkthroughs. A dedicated per-student lab environment is being evaluated for future batches.
