Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for course enrolments.

This Refund Policy applies to all course enrolments on learn.paloaltonetwork.co.uk and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable regulations. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

When you request a refund Refund amount
More than 7 days before the batch start date 100% refund
Within 7 days of purchase AND before the batch start date 100% refund
After batch has started but you have attended fewer than 2 sessions and have not accessed any recordings 50% refund
After attending 2 or more sessions, OR after accessing course recordings No refund
Account suspended due to violation of Terms of Use No refund

2. Batch Cancellation or Postponement by ENS

If Elementary Network Solutions cancels or postpones a batch for any reason (insufficient enrolments, force majeure, instructor unavailability), enrolled students will be offered:

  • Transfer to the next available batch at no extra charge, or
  • A full 100% refund of the amount paid.

In such cases, we will notify all enrolled students at least 48 hours in advance (or as soon as practically possible) via email.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@paloaltonetwork.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Course Name]”.
  2. Include your registered email address, order/payment reference number, and the reason for your request.
  3. Requests must be submitted within the eligibility window described in Section 1.
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it is eligible.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval.
  • Credit to your account or card typically takes an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) deducted by PayU India at the time of the original transaction are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses where recordings have been accessed, regardless of the number of sessions attended.
  • Course completion certificates once issued.
  • Any add-on study materials or lab kits dispatched physically (if applicable in future offerings).
  • Convenience or processing fees charged by PayU at the time of payment.

6. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer of your enrolment to a future batch of the same course, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the original batch start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability. Only one transfer is permitted per enrolment.
