Please read these terms carefully before using our Platform or enrolling in a course.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of learn.paloaltonetwork.co.uk (the “Platform”) and any courses, content, or services offered by Elementary Network Solutions Private Limited (“ENS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 68, 2nd Floor, Sector-15, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122001.
By accessing the Platform or enrolling in a course you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or enrol in a course. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Student Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with any other person.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@paloaltonetwork.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be shared, misused, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Course Enrolment and Access
- Course access is granted upon successful payment and is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Enrolled students receive access to live sessions (where applicable), session recordings, lab materials, and course completion certificates.
- Recording access is lifetime unless your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- Batch timings, session schedules, and instructors are subject to change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes.
- ENS reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a batch due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, insufficient enrolments, technical issues). In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a rescheduled batch or a full refund.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Record, screenshot, download, or reproduce any course content except for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
- Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast any course material, recordings, or lab files.
- Use course content to create competing training products or services.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or unlawful content through the Platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where applicable, legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including course syllabi, presentations, lab guides, videos, graphics, and written material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Elementary Network Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.
Enrolment in a course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own learning. No ownership is transferred. The “Palo Alto Networks” name, logo, and associated certifications are trademarks of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. ENS is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Palo Alto Networks, Inc.
6. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through PayU India. ENS does not store your card or bank account details.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.
- GST invoices are issued for all payments. Corporate enrollments requiring a tax invoice with GSTIN may contact info@paloaltonetwork.co.uk.

8. Disclaimers
- Our courses prepare you for Palo Alto Networks certification exams. ENS does not guarantee exam success or employment outcomes.
- Course content reflects best practices and instructor expertise at the time of delivery. The cybersecurity landscape evolves rapidly; ENS makes no warranty that all content will remain current indefinitely.
- The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access, particularly where interruptions are caused by third-party services (hosting, video delivery, payment gateway).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENS, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or courses, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
